Fernando Lanzer is an entertaining speaker who uses powerful images and has a reputation for "telling it like it is" with a touch of humor.

Dutch, born in Brazil, living in The Netherlands since 2003, Fernando has enjoyed a career alternating between consultancy services and positions as a Human Resources Executive in international companies. In 2007 he left ABN AMRO after completing 15 years in different HR roles there, in Latin America and as Group EVP in Amsterdam. He returned once again to consulting and has been providing services to companies in many different countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia. He coaches executives, designs and facilitates workshops. He speaks about cross-cultural management, leadership and organization development, talent management, diversity, and on optimizing the Human Resources function in organizations. A former member of the ITIM International network for many years, he has also worked in partnership with business schools such as IMD, Imperial College, Exeter University, Fundação Dom Cabral and Escola de Marketing Industrial. Fernando is an ex-chair of the Supervisory Group of AIESEC International, the world’s largest student exchange organization. He is the author of many articles and of the books “Take Off Your Glasses” (2012), “Cruzando Culturas” (2013), “The Meaning Tree” (2015), “Bedtime Stories for Corporate Executives” (2015), and “Trust Me” (with Reynold Chandansingh, 2016).
