Beatrice Achaleke is a multiple awards winning serial social Transfopreneur, transformational and passionate public speaker and executive trainer.
She released her third book “Shit happens. "How to transform your individual breakdown into a collective breakthrough," in April 2015 after which she radically packed her two suitcases and relocated from Austria (after 20 years) to South African to launch her follow me to Africa agenda.
Prior to her radical move, Beatrice was founder and CEO of Diversity Leadership (DL) convenor and Manager of the European Diversity & Inclusion Congress, and World Diversity leadership Summit Europe. Beatrice is a proud mother of two teenagers.
Beatrice Achaleke studied sociology at the University of Vienna and law at the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
She has many years of training experience in the fields of diversity management, intercultural communication, collective and personal development.

Beatrice released her first book “Vielfalf statt Einfalt. Wo ich herkomme“ in 2011 and since then she has published two other books, "Erfolgsfaktor kulturelle Vielfalt, Andere Menschen, Bessere Teams, Neue Kunden” in 2013 and "Follow me to Africa-In an unspoken conversation with Nelson Mandela" in 2015.
Beatrice is a multiple award winner serial entrepreneur and change maker. She was shortlisted for the European Diversity Award 2012 category “Hero of the Year.” Some of Beatrice’s awards include: Make a Difference Award, World Diversity Innovation Award, African Diva Award, MIA Award and the official Decoration of Honor of the Federal Republic of Austria for her commitment to intercultural dialogue.
In 2008 Beatrice was the first black woman to stand for parliamentary elections in Austria. In 2010 the award winning blog “Black Women in Europe TM: Power List 2010” featured Beatrice Achaleke as one of the most powerful and influential black woman in Europe. Beatrice is a highly booked speaker both at a national and international level.
